Service & Use License

  • Agency Services: Nontechies, LLC provides website design, funnel building, and technical consulting services primarily through the systeme.io platform.

  • License: Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    • Modify or copy the materials;

    • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;

    • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or custom code contained on the website;

    • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;

    • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

  • Termination: This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Billing: By signing up for a service plan or subscription, you authorize Nontechies, LLC to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis as outlined at the time of purchase.

  • All-Inclusive Software Access: Your active agency subscription fee includes the cost of the systeme.io software subscription required to host and operate your website. Nontechies, LLC manages this platform licensing on your behalf.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your agency subscription plan at any time through your client portal.

  • Post-Cancellation Responsibility: Upon cancellation, Nontechies, LLC will no longer manage your site. Clients understand that following the end of their final billing cycle, they are solely responsible for their own individual systeme.io platform subscription fees and technical management if they wish to keep the site active.

Disclaimer

The materials and services provided by Nontechies, LLC are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Further, Nontechies, LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Nontechies, LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or the services provided, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This includes service interruptions caused by the third-party platform, systeme.io.

Refund and Completion Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund for any service order that is considered incomplete.

  • Definition of Complete: An order is considered "Complete" and ineligible for a refund once the project has been initiated. This is strictly defined as:

    1. 1. The moment your custom systeme.io workspace or funnel template has been provisioned; or

    2. 2. The moment design or strategy work has commenced following your payment.

  • Subscription Refunds: Recurring subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Nontechies, LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.
